That looks very slick, but what actually happens is the cat just lifts its foot and sets it on the Roomba, just before the Roomba decides to make a turn.
I think that’s akin to martial arts where you use the opponents force against them. 
Or maybe like a good stage magician using something common and making it look like magic.
Either way, I end up wishing there was more video of this alpha cat commanding his environment.

Wherever I saw this the other day, the caption was something like “Don’t interrupt, the grown-ups are talking”.

Cats have cool like nobody else and that cat is in charge. If there’s ever a how to be a badass guide this needs to be the opening scene.
