Legendary Pink Dots FTW. They recorded a couple of nice albums together with Skinny Puppy as The Tear Garden, and cEvin Key played drums on their album 9 Lives To Wonder.

My GF loves Skinny Puppy. Or as Wren would misremember the name - Thinny Doggie.
ETA - my industrial cred is poor… I had only heard of two of those groups - Public Image Limited and I think The Scientist.
A few of those snippets makes me wanna listen to more.
