We have a similar initiative in my country. The service provides instructions and CSV files for advertisers that they can apply to their ad platforms so that their ads do not run on the blocklisted domains.
Not sure if Check My Ads do the same but as an inspiration - konspiratori.sk - public database of websites with dubius, deceptive, fraudulent or propaganda content
