I wanted to like this, but the huge watermark right in the middle really detracts from the experience.
Back then everywhere you went you would see a watermark. The human brain adapts and blocks it out though so most people have no memory of seeing watermarks. Cameras are not so easily fooled though.

Including all the queer bars. But that wasn’t just New York.
That reminds me of when everything was black and white. I’m too young for it, but it must have been a shock when my grandparents woke up one day and everything was color. Or maybe it gradually eased in.
