Not all of us are normal. I still have most of my baby teeth, because there was nothing underneath.
This is the biggest flaw with Intelligent Design: any designer intelligent enough to create this many species would be able to do so without this many construction and design flaws.

Yeah, the extra 500 teeth in the X-ray above are all in the speckled region at the bottom left- the higgledy-piggledy teeth over the rest of it aren’t out of the ordinary.
