This isn’t true; they’re 3.69/5 on BBB, and 4.0/5 on Trustpilot, and some of the reviews there are pretty scathing.
Most of the tat sold in the BB store is pretty harmless, but the right choice of an insurance company can save you from financial ruin. Going with a disruptor seems like a bad life decision to me. (But what do I know, I’m a dinosaur that still has a landline.)
