And again BB… So, now you talk about Colombia, but haven’t really said anything about Chile. One misserable article about taking a drone down with laser pointers, and that’s it. Did you know the protests in Colombia are partially inspired by the over-a-month-long ones in Chile? The ones that had to resist martial law, the ones that prompted the investigation into human right abuses by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the Interamerican Comission on Human Rights (an organism of the Organization of American States).

I’m baffled by your doubble standard on Latin America Boing Boing.

If you read spanish, here’s a video the IACHR published. Maybe hearing testimonies of how people are being tortured and repressed by the state opens you up a bit.

Also: all the power and strenght to the Colombian people in their struggle. We know what you are fighting against!
