If I send a copy of The Imp of the Mind to Laura Ingraham, is there any chance she’d read it? It doesn’t mention obsessive fears of being transgender, but it does have a case study of a guy who has obsessive fears about being gay despite not being attracted to men. I can’t speak for everyone with obsessive thoughts OCD, but I found the book very helpful.

Well, it sounds like I should read it. Not that I have OCD, but I do have a lot of obsessive, invasive thoughts.
Also: She (?) needs a microphone attachment for her tail tip.
“Dominate” and “control” both make sense.
Fear easily leads to hate, especially if it’s fear of one’s own impulses, which we’ve seen enough times to make it a cliche in cases of homophobia and transphobia. (Actually, the “-phobia” is a clue.)
