Conservative commentator: trans people will replace humanity with 'New Species' that's 'Human and Part Machine'

It’s not called “murdering”, it’s called “retiring”.

Nope, just a subscription fee. This is still a dystopia, after all. :stuck_out_tongue:

I dunno but gender as a separate entity from one’s physical sex (which I think most be agree is why there are two terms?) and race (as apart from one’s ethnicity and family history) are literally social constructs and removed from society and culture at large are meaningless. So trying to tie either concept down to what it means to be human is tacitly fallacious. Then again none of this is related to my field of study.

I get that its a long way down the list of stupid in that interview, but I’m stuck on someone thinking that changing social norms means we’re a new species. Not at all how speciation works

Wait - why are there boobs? Snakes don’t have boobs.

Welcome to the furry fandom, friend, where we put all the things on all the critters, especially boobs.

I’m quite happy not looking like mine, but I guess the extra pair of legs might be ok

What gets me is, if you follow that logically any report of pain should get more immediate attention if they really believe pain tolerance is higher

Isn’t that what incels say to refer to…oh wait, that’s “femoids,” right?

I really wouldn’t know.

Better off that way, really. Once upon a time, having first heard the term ‘incel,’ I wondered what the hell that was and looked into it. A cursory investigation yielded results most icky. Talking about pinup artists and the objectification of women is one level, arguable converting them to robots is another layer in that. Going full dehumanizing unvarnished misogyny like incels is a whole 'nother ballgame. But I’m wondering if that ‘femoid’ label was inspired by the ‘gynoid’ term.

That sounds a little too deep of thought for those types, they’re not known for it.
Not the sort of people I wish to investigate further, personally, far too much finger-pointing and unnecessary hate going on for my liking.
