When this is all done there needs to be a memorial in Washington DC. It will be 10-20 times larger than the Vietnam memorial. And it should be built between the congressional parking garage and the congressional offices, so that everyone who works there has to walk through it every day.
And it should not just include the names of all those who died, but on a separate set of plaques all the assholes who made it happen, from the Republicans in State and Federal government, to Hoover Institute trash (and funders) to the Mammon-worshipping fake Christians to the social media executives and investors.
