There was only one comment on Variety, but it blamed the âTwitter mob,â which is ridiculous because Lorne Michaels canceled his appearance due to Morgan breaking SNL pre-show protocols. He was the person who Tik Tokâed his way off the show and fully admits to doing this.
The right wing truly has a video-watching comprehension deficiency. Itâs in their faces, on video, and they still blame the left.

Iâm morbidly curious about how Mike Pence is going to attempt to justify his job performance at the debate tonight. If you recall, heâs ostensibly been heading up the White House task force on Covid-19 since February.
There are now more recorded cases of Covid-19 in the White House alone than in the nations of Vietnam, Taiwan and New Zealand combined.

the preview i heard on an npr interview was the same old: a) it would have been worse. and b) only old infirm weaklings have to worry anyway.
i personally dont think biden did a good job of deflating that during the presidential debate. iâm 99% sure harris will do a better job of poking that bubble

Yeah. I donât know that musician but found the linked article kind of a bright spot. The hosting organization (SNL) actually held people to their safety protocols. The artist admitted to messing up and blamed no one but himself. And it sounds like everyone involved acted like respectful humans in the aftermath. If only it could be like this more often.

(This is why I claim that Trumpâs little green men donât look like soldiers. Soldiers want to be protected by the Geneva Conventions, so they display the insignia of their services, units, and rank, and their names. A soldier without distinctive insignia is a spy. )

Well technically you can tell that he USED to be with 25ID, or at least deployed with a unit that was task-organized under 25ID, but you cant see what his current assignment is because thatâs on his left sleeve.
But otherwise yes, I agree.

When this is all done there needs to be a memorial in Washington DC. It will be 10-20 times larger than the Vietnam memorial. And it should be built between the congressional parking garage and the congressional offices, so that everyone who works there has to walk through it every day.
And it should not just include the names of all those who died, but on a separate set of plaques all the assholes who made it happen, from the Republicans in State and Federal government, to Hoover Institute trash (and funders) to the Mammon-worshipping fake Christians to the social media executives and investors.
