Continuing coronavirus happenings (Part 1)

Same here. Got the notice that mailing will happen in PA during September and October, so I’m definitely dropping off my ballot to avoid delays in returning it.

I may be thinking mostly of baseball and football, although I know the Warriors fled their black fans in Oakland to be closer to their techbros…

Oakland Coliseum still exists, even though the Warriors games aren’t held there anymore.

Although again, I have no idea how this will impact CA as Newsom switched us all over to mail-in voting.

So, like what you’re supposed to do if you get herpies? (From what I’ve heard!)
That’s insane. No one you’ve come into contact with got to decide if they wanted to be in your air space…sigh.

Oh, I know. Just adding info, not meant to disagree

What, you’ve never Dextered a space before? So far I’ve done two stalls in the barn, one to provide a winter habitat for chicks, and the other as a moisture barrier for hay storage. Though in years past I have taken some incredible photos in a couple Dexter rooms, but had never set one up myself.

Phillip Dupaul says he thinks the “COVID scare” is exaggerated. But he was pretty unnerved on Monday when the other inmates in his holding cell at the Cascade County Detention Center began laughing, loudly, at the irony when he told them a judge threw him in jail for not wearing a mask. The inmates told him they had all been exposed to one inmate who had the virus. Hours later, Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter would announce a 55-person outbreak at the jail.

Don’t insult the goblins of Gringot’s like that; they have integrity at least.

We could debate whether anywhere in Oregon is really urban, even downtown PDX

I mean, the street by my house is unpaved on the other side of the intersection, it’s just a gravel road

There are coyotes wandering around, and I’m sure they were here first

Honest question: if you do not receive it, isn’t there an option to collect it, in person?

Ya’ know, you think he would learn the first time…

Too many young people were convinced that the virus wouldn’t be a problem for them. I’m starting to wonder if some believe this could be solved with pox parties. Maybe that’s why they’ve been promoting/enabling big groups of unmasked folks to gather - for “fun.”
