Continuing coronavirus happenings (Part 1)

Thanks: almost certainly allergies: if I did get it, it would have to have been from contact via delivered groceries or take out bags. Otherwise I think I was in a hardware store two weeks ago?

That’s the on brandist shit ever from the evil fucker: he had the equivalent of the lifetime earnings of several of us ordinary schmucks spent on him this weekend and it’s all his superior genes keeping him safe for the revanche of fascism.

I hope it’s just allergies. Good luck to you!

I am sure that the “dry heat” and wildfire smoke has perhaps been a factor in your unease.

I hope you don’t have it. It should be super easy to get tested. But it isn’t. I noticed tthe testing center I drive by a few times a week is closed, though they left all the barriers to funnel traffic. Won’t be hard to restart it when someone realizes we need it.

Crap. I hope you’re okay.

Take care of yourself.

Thanks, please no one worry about me! Just reporting on testing availability in Tucson. You know…exercising an overabundance of caution!

abundances of caution need exercise just like the rest of us. good for the circulation

let us all know how it goes!

( hmmmm… i wonder if there’s a discourse plugin for covid-19 status… )

Come up here to Oregon. Drive-through testing is a thing. Quicker to get a COVID test than a flu shot. Took 2 hours to get a flu shot Saturday.

Then again, stay away from Oregon…

Speaking of awkward mask arguments…I could’ve put this in “Follow Up”, but I think here is more appropriate.

If you remember the German-accented woman who is one of the people spearheading the fake Freedom to Breathe Agency that was on video trying to bamboozle grocery store clerks into believing they could be sued for denying service to anti-maskers…apparently she’s trying to make this scam her life’s work. Here she is trying her Orly Taitz-style legal acumen against a Southwest Airlines manager, who just ain’t having it.

The manager deserves a medal for politeness in the face of extreme dumbfuckery.

You win. In my defence I couldn’t even imagine…
