And she pulled the cancer card, I hate to mock someone if they are caring for a sick spouse but does he behave like someone who has a spouse battling cancer? I mean if my wife had breast cancer I would be doing my absolute best to keep her safe from any additional illness and would be wearing a mask anytime I was out in public so I wouldnāt bring home an illness to make her cancer battle any worse.

Speaking as someone who has survived breast cancer, with young children at the time, I can confirm this doesnāt pass the smell test.
Itās not a few days, itās over 2 weeks, and a governor has a greater responsibility than an average citizen to stay connected to the public ā even if itās via a virtual medium ā at this time.

This is in my county where people are very angry about a mask mandate put in place for all schools when they return after the first.
She was 29 and probablly could have avoided this tragic outcome.

I saw his Twitter thread has been pretty regularly updated with kind of Chamber of Commerce type meet and greets over the past few days (all unmasked, of course)

A lot of the photos on his social media seem to be from just before the time he disappeared, theyāre simply being posted a week or two after the fact to make it seem like heās got an ongoing schedule.
So yeah, Iām not yet convinced heās actually taking care of a baby and two preschoolers.

The missus works in the labs at the local hospital. She has said that when running blood differentials on COVID-positive babies the cells are just, bizarre. Baby blood looks very different from adults already, but now she can tell at a glance whether a baby is COVID positive.
And why can she tell so quickly? Because she has run so many tests on COVID positive babies.
Any guesses what the long-term effect will be of dropping an infantās immune system straight into a war zone?

Thanks. Sheās worn out. Sheās been working doubles too because so many staff are out sick and the hospital is overflowing.
Plus since the phlebotomists are largely unvaccinated (still!) sheās had to cover for their absences too. When the vaccine mandate came down many quit and went to work at Amazon. Itās amazing to think that persons who see people dying of COVID every day still wonāt get vaccinated.

Second booster was basically exactly the same as the first. Day 0 evening felt awful and shivering cold, day 1 barely slept the night before, woke up with a splitting headache, felt awful for much of the day but improving as the day went on, day 2 slept fine the night before, basically feeling normal with some occasional residual funk. This is basically to the letter that happened in booster round 1. Iāll probably feel fine tomorrow other than my arm fucking hurting for another few more days.
Thanks to my pharmacy for making me go through this a second time this month.
