When I was a kid way back when I knew a boy that had a nice bunch of fireworks stored up for the 4th. It was in Tulsa. In the summer. And he put them on his window sill. Things did NOT go well.
Looks like he was trying to evade heat seeking missiles to me. I think the RCMP uses them for traffic enforcement.
