Had to send that to my daughter. She’s pretty serious about cross training and she has a son about to turn one.

With the most recent baby born in my extended family, I asked the mother to record her baby’s laughter for me. Baby laughter is among the best medicines known to science(?).

I would advise all parents to record their baby’s laughter for posterity and future use. It will stand you in good stead.

I used to do that too when my little ones were wee ones. I’d do bench presses, curls, and military presses. And the best part is that as you get stronger, they get heavier. Great fun for all.
