Hell nope! Storm sewers can be fun, but only the large ones, 6’-8’ diameter.

Fun fact: they avoid making sewage pipes too steep, lest the liquids outrun the solids and leave them behind. Only a narrow range of slopes will work. Typically you want about 1/4" drop per foot of length, no more than 1/2" drop per foot. Sometimes less for larger diameter pipes. And now you know!
(This video sure seems to show a storm drain though)

We just had a sewer pipe adventure, right in our own basement! But it was neither fun, nor cheap.
