It sounds like part of the Imperial March (Star Wars) to me. I’m not sure I know enough about David Cameron to connect that to anything. Maybe he just finished a Star Wars marathon?
I kind of imagine he’s trying to remember the Freshly Ground version
I think its the sound of all the fucks he gives.
