OK, so we get to learn that these people aren’t very good at their (poorly defined) jobs. What troubles me is that the taxpayers have hired some really callous people to enforce our laws, guys without the human decency to find the fuck out what’s the situation with the guy making noise in his cell for 5 days. It’s about not being a psychopath, more than it’s about being good at your job.
