I’m going to be that guy who agrees with you. That said, perhaps the United States Playing Card Company that they’re contracting to make the decks doesn’t offer custom card shapes.

I’d think that cutout corners would make it more difficult to shuffle the deck.

You don’t have to shuffle them, just move your pointer to the top of the deck and click.

It’d probably double or triple production costs.

They don’t unless you want to spend massive amounts of money to have the tooling made for that. Also the custom card collecting community that funds these sorts of things would pretty resoundingly reject that.

I would NOT like them. I have enough troubles focusing on shit in the first place. Interesting as a concept though.
