Based on their findings after a four-year investigation, the prosecutors recommended that three top Purdue Pharma executives be indicted on felony charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, that could have sent the men to prison if convicted.

When seeking medical attention, one is not required to pass an IQ test to prove they deserve care. Nor should they: idiots can pass along infection just as effectively as smart people. Its in everyones best interests for medicine and education both to be idiot-proof.
