How has this not come up yet? What a boring thread.
So bored, that I spent waaayyy too much time trying to decide whether to just ālikeā this comment, or to abstain because it would ruin the balanceā¦
*then posted a comment about itā¦
Iām so bored Iām thinking of reading The Family Circle. ;-O
If you mean The Family Circus, that can be fun with the right captionsā¦
same rules could apply to that too.
Fair point.
I submit that the most boring place in the world is the hospital emergency room when youāre there for ājust some testsā. Because you donāt know how long youāll be there, and youāre lower priority than anyone with an actual emergency.
We waited literally 10 hours to get 10 minutes of tests. And I acknowledge that this is actually a system which is working properly and I donāt have a problem with that but SOO BORED!
Yeah, I was so bored I couldnāt be bothered to check to make sure I remembered the right name!!
Iām so bored that Iām engaging a troll.
not sure if itās a troll or really just deluded kool-aid drinker anymore.
They need to have a text messaging system for these things, to let you know when youāre about 30 minutes from being seen. Another cool idea I saw in Belgium, although itās not unique - a cafe in a laundrette.
The Newport Bar & Grill in Chicago is a laudromat with a bar. Or a bar with a laundromat, depending on your perspective.
Ah, it looks like thatās now a āwasāā¦ From your link:
Formerly known as the āLaunderBarā, Newport used to be attached to a laundromat that was in the adjacent building. Patrons could do their laundry and pop over for a bite to eat and a few cocktails. The laundromat has since been revamped into a trendy salon, so the āsoapā has given way to progress, but the āsudsā are still flowing freely here.
I hope people can still do their laundry somewhere!
Good catch! I donāt live up there, I just knew it existed so I did a quick search to find it on the web.
