DHS stalls no-fly list trial by putting witness on no-fly list

Can I just make an aside and say that you are probably a very strange person?

There is a simple way to resolve this. The DHS can simply write the airline and the witness and say β€œThis person is not on the no-fly list.” Since a very tiny percentage of the flying public is inconvenienced by not being a member of the flying public, this should resolve the matter without giving away any huge secrets, or allowing an untrusted judge a look at the Holy Book. The judge should so order this, and if the DHS refuses to comply, rule against them in favor of the plaintiff, with prejudice.
