And is there a band that pisses me off more than Solas? Are they not all virtuosos which 80% of the time pander to tasteless no nothings, but when they bust out the jigs and reels they own the genre?

Is it OK to use cornmeal that expired in August? I mean, it doesn’t smell funny, and I’ve been keeping it in the fridge since I bought it, it should be fine, right?
