Did you know I discovered last week that my new dentist’s family are from the same small town in (really) south-west Cornwall as mine - and as such, given the, er, closeness of the Cornish, almost certainly means she’s a cousin of some kind?

Did you know that ALL early heritage French Canadians are, in fact, not-so-distant cousins to each other? Or that the Catholic church kept careful records so that couples getting married were not closer than 2nd cousins, but that still means everyone with that early heritage is multiple cousins to each other as a result?
