But did you not see Marc Almond show up at the end, when he was a huge pop star? Didnât profits go to victims of AIDS? Werenât Coil the ultimate in aggressive queer-core-noisy-soundscaping? Didnât they have an uncompromising queer visoin of gay life that rejected middle class conformity? Didnât clive barker come up with the look of Pinhead by hanging out with Sleazy and reading his gay porn and American body mod mags? Arenât I deeply sad that Sleazy and Jhon Balance are now dead? Arenât they wholly underrated? Maybe YMMV?
