Have you ever had avocado the way itâs made in (at least some parts of) the Indian sub-continent?
Did you know they consider it a sweet, not savory, in keeping with its actual taxonomy as a fruit?
Maybe youâd like to try mashing it with sweetened condensed milk and then topping with some demerara sugar to make a quick pudding, instead of an ice cream?
