With techniques available to most homebrewers, and the materials used, and this that and the other, isn’t it one of those things where you just give up and duplicate $75 of equipment?
(That fermenter cost me $21, a fully sanitary single fermenter rig is $600… Some day it shall be mine…)

Holy crap, you know those friends I’ve mentioned that make yoyos? a preproduction prototype of theirs just won the world yoyo championship (well, the yoyoer won, but holy shit?)
