How could I have hearted this in the past, if I never saw the UTTERLY AMAZING THING until today?!?!??

(I loved the movie, and loved the manga… until I read the final volume. I had 3 of the 6 vols for several years, before I finished it all off. I still wish I had never gotten the last volume. It ruined the whole thing for me, for some reason.)

Would you believe I still haven’t finished reading that? (I have all but the last few Marvel/Epic computer colored translations and have been lazy about tracking down the last few issues, they are amazingly great to look at though)

Didn’t I love the black-n-white building-disaster porn of the Manga? (It also did a good job on depicting how wretched the people were. Disturbingly so.)
