Didn’t we put up a cute little sign IN OUR HOME that says “toilette” on the bathroom door, because there are two identical doors right next to each other in the hallway, one of which is a closet and the other a bathroom, and we got tired of people getting confused?

Can you believe DNS, NTP, and DHCP all had to be patched in my home network within the last 10 days? Aren’t I glad I don’t run any of those services on my gateway router?

aren’t I having fun checking servers after the patching tool is done with them tonight? don’t I have to at least stay awake and around for the tool admin in case things go sideways?

Doesn’t it always seem more painful when you have to do it for work? While I could have done my home updates with my morning coffee, don’t work servers always demand updating in off hours? (Barring really nice expensive redundancy built in to the operation.) (Did I just try for the @OtherMichael parenthetical clause?)
