I’d like to know how much Disney is paying boingboing to post a story a week about them.

@doctorow is a very well known Disneyphile (not so sure about @beschizza), so it’s no big surprise to see many Disney stories showing up here.

Not to mention the fact that hey, this is actually neat, so who cares?

For those interested in the tech he’s using to draw, it’s Tiltbrush. It’s pretty damn cool.

Also, it’s not a story about Disney at all; Glen Keane is retired from Disney and did this new VR short for Google.

While Google has bought the company that has made this drawing program, Tilt Brush, the film was made for a conference in New York city called “The Future of StoryTelling”, in which Glen Keane is a speaker. The program Tilt Brush is currently one of the more popular demos being used for the HTC Vive that he is using.

Sorry for the confusion. This specific video is indeed about the TiltBrush and Glen Keane demonstrating it. I was thinking more about the VR short he completed that the article’s about, Duet, which was created last year for Google.
