Let us move @drman321 Knife to his preferred role as a Scout (since heās certainly fast and maneuverable enough) on Mission One. Heās gonna be offline the rest of the weekend, and may not have seen the post where I told him he could change his entry thus, but thatās what he wants to do: enter Fleetwoodās autocross rather than the skeet-shoot.
We donāt have to formally change his designation from Escort to Scout; weāre just lettinā him race with the Scouts.

I also may be out of touch from ā¦ soon minutes ā¦ for estimated 20 hours ā¦ in the absence of communications, please could you do your best for the Major and Perky?
LP wise, Iāve donated 5 to the UAW, leaving 8, bid 2 &3 on Dust Jeep guns, remnants could be used for AR if any becomes available or HP if UAW figure out how to repair furrinā.
Iāve signed up for Mission 1, and @SteampunkBanana has poured me a bowl of Lucky Starks.
But if thatās all too much trouble - just chuck Major and Perky in and roll the dice!

Mine was a bit longer:
"Now how did I get in a situation where I could ask this disembodied head a question? Alright, My approach would be the following:
Fire a couple of shots in the air behind Strech, motion others to look scared and run away, stuff Stretchās head in a bag and take him for a (frantic) drive. Hey Stretch! Thank god we got you outa there! There has been a massive attack to all Fleetwoods bases and junk yards, only a few of you junk yard bots survived with anything resembling useful information, Fleetwood himself canāt answer questions right now. You are the most promising source of information we have, we need to reinforce the citadel against the continuing attacks, right now we are just sitting ducks, where do we need to reinforce our defenses?"

Thereās so much Badassery in the threads and PMs related to this game that I keep hitting my limit and getting that dreaded error box that tells me something like:
Where XX is a random number that appears to approximately double with each iteration.
Iām afraid that the next time I hit my limit, I may be unable to posts for half a week!

I just watched āRushā last night. Stoke. Major Stoke. Cars at speed.
I wanted to watch it, but then I got the impression it took a lot of liberties with the truth, which put me off. Plus Ron Howard.
Now Senna, thatās an awesome film.
Senna, absolutely total awesome. Rush is a little bit Senna + CSI. Guy who plays James Hunt is, I think, āThorā, and I donāt rate him too highly, but he seems to fit the character.
But I highly recommend it - I knew a little about the Niki Lauda / James Hunt business, but Laudaās intelligence and determination shine through, and he makes a wee cameo.
Ron Howard - why let him ruin a great story? Just filter him out!
Not to mention āLe Mansā (1971)
