I’d love it if they had some sort of hand puppet so the needle actually looked like a vampire’s fang.

Actually, maybe that’s a way to reach some of the anti-vaxxers. Make a puppet that looks like a snake and let them show that they are “tough” by letting them take a selfie with the snake “biting” them in the arm.
