One question: How did he get in?

I’ve seen a lot of shapes in my day, but never heard of a talus. It’s a bone deep within the human foot? And doesn’t resemble the sculpture in any way?

“Excuse me, sir, how do I get to Carnegie Hall?”

“Practice, son, practice.”

Thanks! I reckon geological use of the word came first, since the talus bone appears to be “piled on” other bones.

I actually worked right near there when they opened, and walked by it a couple times a day, I saw the Jaguar with the melted wing mirror, the temp difference was definitely noticable.
