Christianite curse-removal scams involve $$$ rather than bananas or eggs, so there is no nasty foreignness involved.

If the sufferer could balance an egg along the inner arc of a banana for at least 72 hours, the curse would be lifted.

Take a look into Santería. Eggs are used for different “spells” or “curses”
At least you don’t have to deal with dead black chickens on railways or near graveyards.
