The problem with something like this is that you bet is going to be used in endless “this is why crypto should be illegal/we want key escrow” arguments by the law enforcement agencies.
The thing about a cartel drug lord is that he doesn’t care where the bodies are buried, because there’s still plenty of empty ground left for anyone else who needs to go.
