Can you get some cheap from somewhere? Might be worth it if they can now be used as a generic bluetooth device. Something you don’t mind the kiddos losing/breaking…

Holy crap, you just teleported me back in time. I remember these. We used these all over the place when they first came out. I actually used one to create a “rental” system for my parents’ extensive movie collection, so they would know who had all their movies. You’d scan the barcode on the box and check out the movie, then check it back in after.
