If Viagra (or rather its generic equivalent) is cheap enough to sling around like that, I’d expect this sort of thing is vastly under-reported. How many quacks must there be whose “exotic herbs” are nothing more than dirt and some crushed pills?

The inevitable next step after this, I reckon.
