Personally I like it. But I also like gonzo body modification as an aesthetic. I’d be willing to bet that these are using a medical / cosmetic dermal filler like Restylane Silk (which is formulated specifically as a lip filler) and that they will be absorbed by the body over a reasonably short period of time.
