We’re looking at roughly 2 out of 10 folks in “original” France. That’s not an insignificant number.

The way some ISPs dynamically assign IP addresses, I wonder how many false identifications their list has?

(And that’s why I log IP changes.)

I was only making the distinction between France in Europe and its colonies/territories/holdings elsewhere, because that is also a significant number.
