Umm, duh?
I’ve been thinking about the spill quite a bit lately, we’re coming up on the 25th anniversary this month, March 24th.
It’s scary that some people never learn anything from these disasters. Hard to believe it’s been 25 years.
Who can forget Rush Limbaugh’s sage take on the Deep Horizon spill:
The ocean will take care of this on its own if it was left alone and left out there. It’s natural. It’s as natural as the ocean water is.
Because natural = good, right? And we’re all just a bunch of hysterical bleeding hearts for wanting BP to spend their hard-earned profits to clean it up and try to mitigate the damage.
You know, chlorine is natural, too. I wonder how those guys would feel if their air supply was suddenly full of its natural goodness?
