I certainly hope no one makes a copy of this book freely available via, say, bittorrent so that anyone who wants to read if (because I’m sure someone SOMEWHERE might see some value in it) can do so without lining this amoral opportunist’s pockets.

The opportunists’ pockets will always be lined (and their books’ positions on the bestseller lists ensured) by the bulk-buying mechanisms of the right-wing laundering and publicity machine. The View, which is what passes for a broadcast network politics show these days, is an outlet for that machine.
