“And he’s like enraged. He’s like some crazy guy. He’s white but he’s just like–His face is all frothing and everything.”

Mmm hmm. “He’s white, so he’s okay THAT way, not some other race, like I imagine criminals to be. That would be even scarier.”

In most white minds, the criminal in an imagined personal attack is a black guy. And so, it can be sort of surprising when you’re being mugged instead by a white guy.

Which is not to say that Farrah was a “racist.” She was just raised in a racist society.
