Honestly, I think that the fragmentation of mass media did create other modes of thinking about identity that does transcend nationalist identity. So I think a tension exists between a national identify and other kinds of identity.

I keep seeing cats that look like my cat… we watched a video with El-P, who was buying 3 random albums and making a beat with them, and his cat makes an appearance and it looks like our cat!
