Plenty of asteroids come closer to the sun than Mercury.

“entirely within the orbit of Venus” is the key phrase. There are lots of sundivers, but this one stays in that area.

I guess it is possible we will fill find a former Venus moon or something else interesting like that.

Maybe a Mercury co-orbiter?
