Can’t be too safe, better dip everything in the finger bowl and hold over the candle.

Replace the candle with a Bunsen burner and that’s exactly how my brother used to clean his hands when he was a hospital lab tech.

I keep my finger bowl full of alcohol, too. Well, wine, anyway. And it’s really a wine glass, but whatever.

I had the sudden realization that using one of these forks would likely result in me stabbing myself in the upper lip.
