I’d never considered a facekini before, but if wearing one provides UV protection and foils facial recognition systems that’s a win-win! 
Sadly, it’s meant to keep the skin on the face from browning too much. The rest of it is helpful, but not the primary motivation.
As long as MoRon forbids discussion of climate change and insists on only reactive solutions instead of proactive, the situation is pretty hopeless. But if the good citizens of FL insist on electing and reelecting right wing idiots there will be no change.
