There’s a good chance all those sequences were filmed on the same stretch of L.A. beach.

Just a reminder that Evel Knievel did it first, before the Fonz, even.

Well, tried to. He crashed on a practice run, broke his collarbone, and couldn’t jump the next day. Maybe the inspiration for the Fonz, tho.

What happened to the life guard? Did she die?

With the new soundtrack, Jill Riley’s death is pretty dang brutal.

Henry Winkler’s charisma and charm is a wonderful thing to see.

Yes. I only know because I watch Allison Pregler’s Baywatching channel on YouTube.

I really didn’t expect that the least absurd of the two sequences would turn out to be Fonzie jumping the shark…

I wondered if it wasn’t the exact same location, but it looks like it probably wasn’t - Happy Days was filmed in Malibu, on the same beach where they shot “Rockford Files,” whereas Baywatch was set/mostly filmed about 14 miles East in/near Santa Monica.

The Hoff saves her from the shark, then she dies of an aneurysm, just to screw with the audience.

But how did anyone find it without signs?
