This piece reminds me of the awesome Conflict Kitchen art/activism project from my days as a CMU art student in Pittsburgh. It was (is?) a food truck (which became a restaurant after I left) that has a rotating menu only serving food by nations/communities with whom the US is in conflict.

I am all for food history preservation, but the topic of striving for a free Palestine keeps getting ignored, sadly even by BB. Even the post doesn’t link directly to the comments, I had to get to it via BBS,
