No, it isn’t. There are use cases where it fits nice and Kentucky, there are use cases where it’s the worst possible choice, there is a lot of ground between the two extremes, and there are idiots who overuse it. So, pretty much like most other fonts, especially those that come with some computer operating system or other and the software that typically runs on it.
